Newfield 

A small town near Ithaca NY that people think is in the middle of nowhere. Very spread out. Lots of rednecks. Everyone comes together for simple things such as the school play or basket ball games. People may think they can't wait to get out of there, but if someone comes in that could threaten their community they get very defensive. Everybody knows everybody and it doesn't take long for word to get around. A place with history (Covered Bridge is there, along with a building where Teddy Roosevelt gave a speech).

I'm from Newfield. I know you don't know where that is but I have so many memories there. It's where I grew up.

A shitty pizza hut in the 631. You got it all here, overpopulated classes, "Newfield Sleeps", victim-blaming administration, fine-ass sports teams, teachers and students committing love in Spain on language trips, disengaging lessons, and some green ass meatballs.

Newfield High School 

A high school located in Selden, New York which is a part of the Middle Country Central School District. Infamous for the Pierson/Pica Homicide case during the mid-1980s which spawned a TV-movie, A Deadly Silence (1989).

It is also the suspected high school of the legendary extreme3004 (class of 2010).

In backgammon, when a game is played to the last roll, the looser can be given the opportunity to roll matching dice, and if the looser actually really matches the winner's last roll, the looser becomes the winner! this type of winning game is said to be won by "Newfield" or by "Newfield's Rule."

A large puddle that, according to legend, forms in front of Newfield High School in Middle Country Central School District after a downpour. Unfortunately, distressed student tears do not count as downpours. (If they did, we'd have a lot more space to swim.)
