Neville up

To become ridiculously more attractive than one's former self, primarily, but not exclusively, as a result of puberty. A pun on 'level up', referencing the unexpected transformation of Neville Longbottom (Matthew Lewis).
"Did you see what that kid from ET looks like now?"

"Yeah bro, I didn't expect him to Neville up like that."

Nevill Up

In the movie Harry Potter, Matthew Lewis plays the role of Neville Longbottom. Neville is the portrayal of growing up awkward, "unattractive', made fun of, etc. As an adult, Matthew Lewis is now considered to be rather attractive by many standards. As Nevill's experience is such an accurate representation of the "glow up" process it should said that Matthew Lewis...Nevilled Up.

You can...

1. Neville Up
2. Be Nevilling Up
3. Have Nevilled Up

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
