Slang / Technical term used to describe an accessible wireless network which does not belong to you, often belonging to your neghbours or a local business etc

1. The horrible internet you steal from your neighbours. However bad, it is generally frowned upon to complain due to the fact that it is free access to The Internet.

2. A netting made out of your neighbours. This is a rarer use of the word. Because it's weird really.
Dave: "Oh boy! This neighbour-net is so slow! Yet I'm so thankful!"

What you get when you connect to your neighbor's wireless (or wired, for that matter) internet, with or without his or her knowledge.
Didja hear? Johnny connected his wireless ethernet card to his neighbor's wireless network, and now he's got neighbornet!

Neighbornet 

The internet you get when mooching off of a neighbor's wireless connection, as opposed to just the regular internet you get directly. Unlike the regular internet, the neighbornet is slower, and dies randomly, but it's free.
"Shit, brah, my router's busted. I'm stuck checkin' Facebook on the neighbornet coming from the guy across the hall."

Neighbornetting 

The act of using someone else's wifi without permission. Generally refers to use of that of a nearby residence, company or other such building. The party who's internet connection is being leeched off of is usually unaware of the act.
"Yo, man, my net's been down so I've been neighbornetting."
"What? Dude, if they find out you've been stealing their wifi they'll be pissed."

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.

A)
The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.
