Neighbour is the name for an indvidual who is especially quirkey and extremely cool in the act of being uncool. You would call someone "Neighbour" if you admire their outspoken, couldnt-care-less attitude about their seperation from mainstream society. Can be employed as a device to gain the subjects attention, ie. calling out "Neighbour" in an almost sinister sing song voice.

JOHN-(upon seeing a likely candidate)-"NEIGHBOUR!!!!!!"
NEIGHBOUR-"hi there!"

that guy that you always end up in the lift with. you find him kind of cute but also er, special. like he won't talk just smile and nod a little too long. sometimes he farts and looks at me like "do you get it?". well, it was funny the first time. once he urinated the shape of a heart while going up. i suppose he doesnt believe in verbal communication. i definitely know him through smells. i know him too well. if one day i should discover a pile of poop in the shape of a unicorn, i'll let you know.

murderhobo

In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.

DM: The sad little orphan girl tugs at Steve's trenchcoat to get his attention, and ask for help saving her pet dog from...
Steve: I'd like to roll a strength check against strangling the orphan.
Dave: I call dibs on the dog.
DM: You murderhobos disgust me.
