Anything having to do with the Navy. Word has a negative connotation about it. The word Navular is used when something is thought of as stupid, idiotic, poorly managed, or a huge waste of time.

"Guys, I need you to stay late on Friday and make sure the trash can doesn't go anywhere"
Someone saying something like this to you would be extremely Navular.

Naculars

Naculars is the plural word referring to a mans testicles or scrotum area

After my vasectomy my naculars were extremely swollen.
While climbing a tree I slipped and fell hitting my naculars on a branch.
That baseball hit that poor guy in the naculars.
My naculars sure hang low when I have the flu.

A mixture of sweat, semen, and sometimes fecal matter or urine on the back of the neck. Uncommon form of sexual favor, however most often found in the area near kyrgastan. Also found in Mongolia.

The young woman gave me some napular butter yesterday. The smell was rancid!
