When you suddenly realise something a while after you first heard the information, normally whilst showering.

Person 1: I had a pint this evening!
Person 2: thatchers?
Person 1: natch!
Person 2: natchers ;)
*an hour later*
Person 1: *realises the pun whilst showering*

I just had a natchers moment.
