Nancypants

A Nancypants is a super-cool woman who can cook a fabulous 4-star meal, conjugate French verbs, sled down a midnight hill, drive a truck, sculpt and paint, and write beautiful poetry. She is full of contradictions - insightful, yet silly; inspiring and vulnerable; sweet, yet no-nonsense; sophisticated, yet not snobby. You might find a Nancypants wearing cowboy boots and sporting long braids in a diner -- or dressed in work boots and and britches in a garden -- or dressed to the nines. A Nancypants knows how to dance. If you should meet a Nancypants, you should approach slowly, speaking gently, offering a reuben sandwich.

Nancy Pants

A person in an organization (usually in sales) that is definitely a male, but has some very strange metro-sexual, gay, or effeminate traits. The person usually dresses in a very preppy style, is boyishly handsome; but orders drinks often associated with women rather than men. Also has emotions much more aligned with women than men. Rises to anger quickly but argues non-sensically and often seems to be pouting when he doesn't get his way. Often displays traits of a drama queen.

Wow, did you see how Lou was behaving in the finance meeting today? He either has PMS or is a complete Nancy Pants.
