Muhlen

A suffix that can be added onto any word you can think of. Related to Muhlenberg College, a small undergraduate liberal arts college in southeastern Pennsylvania. Depending on context and the word it's added onto, "Muhlen"-izing a word can be positive, negative, or neutral.

Sometimes it seems like the kids at Muhlenberg are too hesitant to go off campus and visit other towns in the Lehigh Valley. Curse you, Muhlenbubble!

By the end of senior year, she'd started to become Muhlenhomesick.

You know it's the weekend when you start seeing Muhlenbros and Muhlenbiddies stumbling around campus in skimpy, sparkly dresses and heels.

Mullening 

1. The pathetic act of attributing a ridiculously poor performance or failure of effort to a set of universal variables not unique to the failing entity, often discounting the importance of the competition event. Usage of this verb references Coach Dan Mullen’s leadership before and after the Florida Gators 55-20 loss to Oklahoma in the 2020 Cotton Bowl, a game in which Florida had 60 available players. The 2020 season also saw Florida lose to LSU, a contest in which the Tigers had 54 available players.

Usage of the verb also can specifically reference general excuse making with unfounded swagger, often to the point of discounting the value or quality of an available roster.

“Man, At least we can count on our coach not to Mullen our way through this game”

“•Coach, tell us why you lost today?
- well I won’t Mullen to you. We just got beat. It was an important game and we were proud of the guys we fielded.”

MULENGA

MULENGA is a commonly used name in the Bemba language of Zambia to mean: the creator. It is distinct to the Zambian vernacular as a first name to describe the creative spirit of the person, depending on the naming tradition. The word is also descriptive verb for Manifesting or bringing forth abundance, like a bean sprout. As a legendary creation myth for explaining the destiny of a people by the story of a beautiful goddess who suddenly appeared from the invisible, to make things happen or to create new possibilities.

For a example, a Man or a Woman may be named mulenga because the creative force of spirit and earth is both male and female. Therefore many families of the Bemba heritage may have Mulenga as the surname or as the first name of a male or female person.

He posted a bulletin at his high school notifying anyone who was interested in starting a band to come meet at his house after school. In the end, Paul Hewson (Bono), Dave Evans (The Edge), Adam Clayton, and himself were to be in the band.

I'd say larry mullen jr. is in one of the most successful rock bands of all time.
