Muaiad

A proper name of Arabic origin, masculine, in the form of the passive noun, meaning the helper, the helper, the strengthened one, and the strong one supported by something else. It is derived from al-ayd, which means strength, from the verb supported, and al-Muaiad is the title of some of the Zaydi princes and princes of the state of Bani Rasul.
