Formal name for someone who acts like a prick or asshole.

Boss on Friday afternoon: I forgot to tell you, but I need a complete product analysis Monday morning (a meaningless self-imposed deadline).

You: Oh sure, no problem. I'll cancel all my plans again, Mr Prickle.
