mouthblossom 

It is another word for oral herpes. It looks like a blossoming garden on someone's mouth it's really disgusting. Only people with really bad judgment in guys are attracted to them. Usually people with mouth blossoms are extremely hideously ugly and disgusting

Me: ew look hannah! That guy has Mouthblossoms!! They look like they're going to rupture!!!

Hannah: Ew that's gross! But somehow I'm attracted to him!
