Very distinctive undulating movement of man boobs or moobs. Often seen in out of shape men at the gym.

"Dude did you see D.F. running today?"
"Yeah man, the moobment made me sick!"

This is the formation of a following starting with two people from the Totalgamingnetwork.com Off Topic Section.

Initially started as a joke it then grew rapidly, hence the Mo0bment a play on words of "the movement"
