Mikeila is a hot person and can steal your man. She likes to brag and can be popular if wanted to. Mikeila is sassy,hot,cute,mean,kind, and kinda smart. If you spot a Mikeila you should try to be her friend because she is the loyalist person you can find. And it's produced Makayla. And she is picky about the people she dates.

I have a friend Mikeila and she is a really good person and is a model.

Commonly refered to as miki, it is the name of total and complete awesomeness and is usually pretty amazing. A mikeila is outgoing and most times short and puertorican. A mikeila is usually kindhearted unless you give it a reason to dislike you, then you will hear a piece of its mind because a mikeila is real.
