Miasmatron 

(n.) A human, usually seen clad in plastic, spraying themselves or the air surrounding them with stinky, toxic aromatics, and leaving a trail of microplastic contamination and toxic stink everywhere they go.
That guy? Oh, he's a miasmatron, I'm not inviting him to come to our place. We'll have to decontaminate the place for days after he leaves, and nobody can breathe around him.
