1.Prussia`s awsome sitck down there... enough said

2.A Hetalia fan on LiveJournal made a list of average penis size by country. Since Prussia no longer exists (much to all Prussia's fans' chagrin), it was listed as having an average penis size of five meters.

3.A joke started by a fan about prussia

durring a discussion about the average penis sizes of men in various countries. As it was based on a recent survey using empirical data, information on Prussia was absent due to the dissolution of his country. After one fan stated that Prussia was "five meters long", the joke quickly caught on as a meme and fanworks with Prussia can often be seen referencing his "five meters", sometimes also called "five meters of awesome".

metascience 

The comprehensive study of scientific data sets across all scientific disciplines, rather than restricting the testing of hypotheses to the data within an isolated sub discipline. Also known as deep science.

Proliferation theory is one example of metascience. In this case all objects, whether chemical physical or biological, are assumed to propagate and evolve. The form and function of each object arises as the result of feedbacks between propagules that is analogous to the feedbacks between transistors in electronic logic circuits.

Metastasized 

When tumor cells metastasize, the new tumor is called a secondary or metastatic tumor, and its cells are like those in the original tumor. This means, for example, that, if breast cancer spreads (metastasizes) to the lung, the secondary tumor is made up of abnormal breast cells, not of abnormal lung cells. The tumor in the lung is then called metastatic breast cancer, not lung cancer.
