What a Microsoft spell checker suggests you change a name to whenever you type in the greek surname "Megalogenis"

Man, on Tuesday I sent everyone an invite to go see a talk given by George Megalogenis and Outlook changed his surname to Megalopenis! WTF is a "meglopenis" anyway and what's it doing in my spellchecker???
