noun: A local dish native to the region of Lubliana, Slovenia, consisting of several pounds of low-quality ground red meat, cooked with little or no added seasoning and served in the shape of a rectangular block or a miniature mountain with a small Slovene toothpick flag stuck on top. A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
