A McGoobie brother is a close friend that is willing to help you with sexual release, but maintain the boundaries of friendship. This is often done by standing behind an individual with a mirror while performing a reach around, so the receiver believes that they are relieving themselves.

McNookie will be a slang term for the Drug PT 141, its likely to hit the shelves of pharmacys in about 3 years from now.

PT 141 is a drug, well, nasal spray, to help people with sexual dysfuction.

Basically, it gets a woman horny withing 15 minutes, whereas the usual time taken averages 20.
Or so I've heard.
