When one celebrates the acquiring of a new smoking piece by wrapping an old one up in a napkin, smashing it, extracting the resin from the broken bowl and shaft, and smoking a resin ball.

Mazeltov 

The Mazeltov is created when you are haveing sex with a girl or male (doggystlye) once in position you place a weed/cannabis grinder on your head (with or with out weed inside) and repeat the word Mazeltov saying it louder and more aggressive with every thrust, The aim is to keep the grinder on your head for as long as possible.

Mazeltov Cocktail 

The unexpected disclosure of a person's Jewishness in, or creating, an extremely awkward or combustible situation.

In his autobiography The Ragman's Son, Kirk Douglas (nee Issur Danielovich) recounts many instances of confronting anti-Semitism he encounters by people unaware the actor himself is Jewish. In a particularly notable example, Douglas explodes a Mazeltov Cocktail in the face of an anti-semitic actress immediately after bedding her, remarking at the climactic moment, "I am a Jew...You are being f...d by a Jew."
