When a human with a penis commits or tries to commit suicide by tying a rope onto the soft penis head, under the ass crack, into the neck, then watches some filthy porn or something to get erected. Thus the erection causing the rope to tighten and choke or strangle the person to death.

Louis lost his construction job, and he was in a lot of pressure due to the bills, so he attempted manstrangulation, but he failed because his penis was less than 2 inches. Although he suffered minor cuts in his ass from the rope.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.

I had a trucker's tan after driving for 10 straight hours on a sunny day.
