Mannan
A unique name given to children all across India. It is the root of the popular term Mana describing one's spiritual energy. As an aside, the name is also given to those who may be suspected reincarnations of God himself. That's right, Mannan is the man upstairs... that's him, and he's the best, though pretty bad at the whole "God" thing.

A dorm hall on the Arizona State University campus. Commonly referred to as "the 15 floors of whores". The building is falling apart and is in need of desperate renovation and plans are already in place to demolish it. It is notorious for overcharging students who live in the complete shithole of a dorm hall when there are much nicer dorm halls on campus.
Magnanimosity
Begrudging benevolence.
The lottery winner showed quite a bit of magnanimosity when he donated his winnings towards his local disaster relief, after the flood. He didn't want to, but he knew it was the right thing to do.
