It includes flirting with lots of people at once and having "associates",

a common word used by someone who maleeks that doesn't want to openly refer to his internet companions as hoes.
People that maleek generally have lots of female internet friends because in real life they are likely frowned upon.

Maleeking is the half brother of the popular behavior known as being a Fuckboy.

If someone is maleeking you, run far away.

Another variant, maliqing, it is a reference to an individual called Maleek who is infamous after doxxing Dr. David Wood's wife, having caused a campaign of Quran desecration in response. Maleeking is in essence causing Quran desecrations. It could also refer to snitching on people as Maleek snitched Shaykh Uthman's ‘Dawah bros’
