Another variant, maliqing, it is a reference to an individual called Maleek who is infamous after doxxing Dr. David Wood's wife, having caused a campaign of Quran desecration in response. Maleeking is in essence causing Quran desecrations. It could also refer to snitching on people as Maleek snitched Shaykh Uthman's ‘Dawah bros’

Ridvan: “So uhh, what's going on here? Why's the Quran desecrated again?”

David: He's MALEEKING IT AGAIN!!”
