The act being disrespectful to anyone that is wearing a Maid outfit or with Maids in general.

Person 2: i am a Maid!
Person 1: ...
Person 2: what's wrong?
Person 1: go burn in hell
Person 2: ok, Maidphobic

Exemple 2
Person 1: hello stranger!
Person 2: wth are you even wearing?
Person 1: my Maid outfit! why the question?
Person 2: stop it, get some help
Person 1: you are so Maidphobic, i hate you
