Mr. Magooing

A description of moving through the world without being able to adequately see one’s environment, as the cartoon character Mr. Magoo did, which ultimately led to many outwardly humorous but significantly serious and compromising situations.

I watched him laughing and moving easily through the busy open market, not really understanding the true situational danger or how vulnerable he was to be Mr. Magooing it like this!
