Mayda is a girl of many wonders. She is a beauty like no other; shes smart, kind, caring, lovely, carefree, and I could go on and on about the list! When she smiles you can do nothing but smile back. Her cheeks; she hates but I think they're soooo cute! They are like small tomatoes : When you're around Mayda will be sure to have an awesome time. No matter if you're sitting talking about nothing at all, you are sure to have lots of laughs. She has to be no one.. because no one is perfect.

Some people may be wondering why anybody would yell "May Day" when they are in trouble. Here is why:

It derives from the French "m'aidez", pronounced "mayDAY," and means literally "help me."
If you are in distress while flying an airplane, calling "Mayday mayday mayday" over the radio will give you top priority and any help people on the ground or in the air can offer.

Rooftop Mayeda

A shitty school in the sheltered hills of San Francisco. Near Twin Peaks it consists of about 4 smart kids per class, 5 average level students, and the rest are a bunch of Jackasses who think they are cool. They are completely unprepared for high school because it is a K-8. The school dances suck and the counselors look like perverts. About 250 kids, all who think that THEY ARE THE SHIT.
Student: "I went to Rooftop!"
Smart Person: "Rooftop Mayeda?!"
Student: "Yeah"
Smart Person: "... Isn't that for special kids?"
international distress radio code word, when using voice transmission

SOS is the morse code version

MAYDAY is reconized internationally as an emergency code on any type of radio system, and should be taken seriously.
