lovable rogue
A person with no discernable good qualities, someone who causes a lot of trouble in their community with little or no care for the consequences of their actions. Likely to have a below average I.Q. and a poor grasp of the English language.
Often used by parents to describe their deceased children (when talking about them to news reporters) aged usually in their late teens/early twenties, (and more often than not, gang members) because they cannot think of anything positive to say about them.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
