A girl who, if your lucky enough to know, should be treated with respect and love. A girl I love enough to have let go of her. She wants to fit in, but be extraordinary at the same time, and never knew that she might have to choose one or another at some time and she was, when I was lucky enough to even call her a friend, and even now; so special. A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
