Person who drives slow in the left hand lane or drives the same speed as someone who is the right hand lane. Either way, there is no chance to pass. It's a play on words for "left laner."

That left lamer needs to move their ass over so I can pass.

2. According to the iPhone's autocorrect, it's another way to say "let me go..." (See example)

lamer 

Before the rise of the Internet, it was largely used amongst the Amiga pirate, as well as, the demo-scene community.
A lamer would be a wanna-be hacker with absolutely no coding/cracking skills at all.

Also, it was used as an insult between rival pirate groups.

1. Someone who cluelessly (or in some cases pridefully) does things to piss off an established community, usually on the internet.

2. Someone with little to no netiquet.

3. A complete ****ing idiot who refuses to get the picture they aren't wanted somewhere. Again usually on the internet.

Lomer is a relatively veteran size chop (tobacco and marijuana mixed) out of a water pipe (preferrably Illadelph).

Being Lomed is getting dusted after a Lomer.
Lomer/ Lomed has its origins in Huntington Beach.
