Kirbyville is a small, hick town in southeast Texas. It mainly consists of meth labs and hilbillies, but there is also a good, down home feel to it. Small town family with a big heart, unless your a crackhead. Famous for the fried chicken.

Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine is also located there. It was the first, and is still the best, College of Osteopathic Medicine in the COUNTRY!!! The people of Kirksville are nice folk, although some are meth-heads. The students of Truman State are known to be a bit nerdy, then again, excellence is no accident. All in all, Kirksville is cool. The coolest thing about it is that you will never go there. (Unless you are there NOW because you are a Truman Student who looked up Kirksville on Urbandictionary).
