The Newest riding Name for marijuana, Kalubala was invented by local PotHeads Junior Martinez and Junior Solis. They came across this name by fucking around trying to invent a new language. When they started saying "Kalubala' over and over agian one of them said "brooo, Kalubala means Marijuana maannn" And thus the new trending nick name arose from the shadows of Stoner Engineering. KALUBALA!

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
