Kakistocrat

A kalistocracy is government by the worst people, by stupid people, by the least suitable or able people. While an autocracy is government by a single person having unlimited power, an autocrat; to date, no such word exists to describe a single person in a kakistocracy, a kakistocrat.

Kakistocrats in government are typically DEI types or such people who have risen to their own level of incompetence (See Peter Principle).

DEI hire Kamala Harris has the distinction of being the first woman to have officially earned the moniker, "Kamala the Kakistocrat."

Sometimes kakistocrat and democrat are used interchangeably.
