A word used when someone’s behavior is so dumb, ridiculous, or just flat-out unserious that you can’t even be bothered to argue. Instead of explaining why they’re a clown, you hit them with “Are you having jolonk?” and mentally clock out.
Bro: “I texted her 17 times last night, no reply yet, but I think she’s just playing hard to get.”
You: “Bro… are you having a jolonk?”
