A Jotard is a person who is obsessed with the Japanese TV Series (or commonly known as an anime), JoJo no Kimyō na Bōken, also known as ''JoJo's Bizarre Adventure''. They are often found overusing poses, phrases and memes from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. There are 2 major scales of this case and Jotards can be annoying with the phrase, ''Is that a JoJo reference?'' There is also another rare scenario where a may evolve from Severe to EXTREMELY SEVERE, and if this ever occurs call a doctor straight away because God knows what misfortune you may have come across.
