Similar to the word, nocturnal, Joctournal is the action of staying up all night due to being turned on by jock straps.

A Jordo knows whatsup. A Jordo is athletic and crazy sexy. And always down to party in the USA. Jordo will make you laugh every minute your around them. A Jordo tends to break hearts because they fall in and out of love easily. But a Jordo will settle for that one someone once they have found them. A Jordo can be extremely private so you may have to open up first, but once a Jordo trusts you, there is no turning back.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped.
