JCP = Job Centre Plus

JCP is simply a short way of saying "Job Centre" or "Job Centre Plus".
This phrase is used by both JCP staff and Job Seekers.

what is the JCP? well its where unemployed go to search for work, sign on to benefits and receive support.
their staff are often considered to be unhelpful and rude....... we will let you decide if they are or not.

right, that's all I can say about it, I'm off to the JCP now, bye.
"I'm off to sign on at the JCP, back soon"

"The lady at the JCP told me I need to get a job"

The type of music played in a JC Penney. You’d be shocked that some play different music than others

Jeff Carris Problem (JCP)

World Series Of Poker Bracelet winner and all-around badass Jeff Carris does not have problems like the rest of us. His problems are problems most people would love to have. A Jeff Carris Problem is not a problem, but rather a decision between two or more badass options.
For example: Jeff Carris might have to decide if it's worth his time to have sex with a mega-hot stripper. Would he rather get a lap dance while playing Call of Duty or Boom 20 K in a couple hours.

"I don't know if I want the Bugatti or the Ferrari. It's a total JCP."

fache-couture

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
1. That Burberry scarf is so fache-couture.
2. That purple American Apparel hoodie is so fache-couture.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.

Usage:
* Often casual, ironic, or meme-y
* Can imply effortless weight loss, suppressed hunger, or being “powered by pharmaceuticals”

Notes:
Not a brand name—just shorthand for the whole GLP-1 wave. Frequently shows up in online jokes, gym talk, and group chats where people pretend they’re *totally* doing it naturally.
“I’m not dieting, I’m just on that glippy.”
“Ever since the glippy hit, food feels optional.”
“That summer body? Yeah, glippy assisted.”

Faux nostalgia. Faking old things in an attempt to recapture the feeling of times gone past, especially of technology that has passed.
