When a cool and charismatic dude or chick at work is joining a call or a meeting, interrupting the flow with their powerful presence, constant teasing and by turning everything into a witty joke.

Karens usually just freeze or go to awkward explanations that are totally unnecessary.

The call was so boring that I couldn't help but start Jaaping to cheer myself up.

Can't wait for my boss to join the meeting, he is always Jaaping it right away. just watch Karen's face when he does that!

Jalping 

Jalping is the act of approaching stranger and begging for money/a square/crack/etc. The demand for capital is often accompanied by some bunk story about how they got jumped by ten homies on the North Side, one of their relatives catching the bubonic plague and needing money, or how they need gas to get to the next big town.

"Hey man, let me tell you a story man. My brother and I were delivering cupcakes to the Orphans when we saw a vet clinic on fire so we ran in on down there and saved all the kittens but my brother died and the cupcakes burned man. I was wondering if you could give me $1.25 so I can gets some more cupcakes man."
