It's a name used by a certain internet troll group - "Friends of Journalism", also called "JournalistEW".
Their goal is creating fake news stories, memes, videos and social media posts directed at infuriating anyone who doesn't know they're fake, creating a gateway to "anti-sjw" and "anti-wokeness" alt-right political media.
