To shake a persons hand while that hand still contains the semen of a recent ejaculation. The polar opposite of the traditional sign of peace. To give an Ishka Bibble is a sign of war.

Ishkabibble was the name of a character on the 1930's radio show "Kay Kyser's Kollege of Musical Knowledge". Prior to that it was used as a slang word meaning "No worries," or "Who cares?"

an expression that suggests something like, "Don't sweat the small stuff." The meaning stems from a song sung by a trumpeter, singer, and manager of Kay Keyser's orchestra, whose real name was Merwyn Bogue. He was given the nickname Ish Kabibble after the Yiddiah song he sang, called "Isch Ka Bibble" ("I Should Worry")

In the 1930's and 40'S. a Band Leader Kay Kayser had a radio show called "Kay Kayser's Kollege of Musical Knowledge" He had a trumpeter Merwyn Bogue, who later called "Ish Kabibble" (from an old Yiddish song titled "Ish Ga Bibble") loosely translated means "I Should Worry",who sang novelty type tunes.

The word Ish kabibble has a variety of meanings all of them meaning nothing. That's all Ishkabibble.
