Intersance

Internet + Renaissance

The period of time when the internet expanded. dates may be debatable but say Mid 90's to 2005
Early Intersance websites were little more than carbon copies of their print media counterparts.

Chair to keyboard interface error

1. Cryptic means of telling a person they don't know how to use their computer.

2. Computer problems caused by not knowing basic computer functions.
Calling Tech Support over an obvious computer solution such as an unplugged monitor not turning on.

"That's a simple Chair to keyboard interface error, sir. Just plug that mouse in and you're golden."

InterFacePlusTubes

An amalgamation of the words "Internet", "Facebook", "Google Plus" and "YouTube", used as an all-inclusive term to describe the internet as a whole.

Derived from previous conglomerate terms, such as "The Internets", and "The YouTubes", or less commonly "The Intertubes".

InterFacePlusTubes is the next generation version of the word "InterFacebookWebs", designed to now include the addition of Google Plus to the insurmountable plethora of useless content within social media the world over. If there existed a way to effectively include "Twitter" that was as verbally fluid as "InterFacePlusTubes", the term's acceptance into mainstream online vernacular would almost certainly fail due solely to Twitter's paltry 140 character limit, and therefore its insignificance as a means to effectively convey one's sarcasm.
1) In reference to FEMA's failed Nationwide EAS Test on 9 Nov 2011, via G+

Joel: Will it play over everyone's laptop and smartphones? If not, I question its relevance.

Erik: Ooh, good point! Maybe the Fed has contracted with The InterFacePlusTubes and now have the ability to break in and spam every user's inbox??

2) In reference to a comment left on one of my YouTube videos

Chair-To-Keyboard Interface

Useful abbreviation as CTKI, or occasionally CKI (Chair-Keyboard Interface).

CTKI is the tech-tarded USER that TECHS spend so much company time dealing with that could be better spent on more important network issues.
USER: "My login doesn't work. Is the network down or something?"

TECH: "No, networks fine. Is your Caps Lock on?"

USER: "Oh my gosh, it IS, tee-hee! Sorry for calling you from your lunch break as an emergency."

(Boss comes in): "So USER tells me there's network problems and they can't log in! What's going on with the system?"

TECH: "Problem solved. But I think it would be in your best interest to replace the CTKI."

(CTKI=Chair-To-Keyboard Interface,)

intersanchez

Made popular by Jets' quarterback Mark Sanchez, an intersanchez is simply an interception thrown by the overrated, rookie quarterback.
