intactivism 

Activism to end infant circumcision based on human rights grounds, i.e. on the grounds that infants cannot consent to genital surgery that lacks any corrective or other immediate health benefit.

Due to some timely intactivism, the young woman was able to resist the doctor's suggestion that her healthy and happy newborn son be circumcised merely to mirror his father's circumcised penis.

Intact 

A male who has a foreskin.

As opposed to being WITHOUT a circumcision, intact is a positive not a negative connotation word to describe a natural status of human sexual anatomy. Uncut, uncircumcised, both being pejorative terms with connotations of the invalid asserted normality of genital mutilation (i.e circumcision)
