An Asian way to say "hello". Currently used by Eric Cartman in southpark to trick other asians that he was one of them. VERY USEFUL FOR JOB INTERVIEWS.

(HEY-ROW) Used when you see a hot guy. you can pretty much use it all the time. a cross between hello and hey. Its pretty much the best word you will ever use. EVER!

When a hot guy walks by:
Girl says: oh heyrooo!!!
