This is a physical phenomenon that happens to a person that is too fucking high. It causes uncontrollable movements of the body. It may be an aggressive blink as if ones eyes were taking a picture or a repeated look of surprise or maybe an uncontrollable thrusting of the hips or as serious as a full body seizure( like how Elaine on Seinfeld dances) Some may throw their arms around as if they're stranded on an island and trying to get a boats attention It's not contagious but procede with caution because these people are often paranoid and may suddenly go on a high speed chase all by themselves. Just stay out of there way and they will not hurt you. These people are high in salt and will want to fight you or fuck you. Salt Lake City Utah is where this condition has
