To insult someome to their face, gossip about them behind their back, publish lies about them on facebook and then send their girlfriend an insulting message the next day.
"Dude, Graham totally Hannforded me last nite".
"He gave you a Hannaford? So I guess you too aren't friends anymore? That's a horrible thing to do to a friend. You gonna deck him?"
"No, I don't wanna lower myself to his standards."
"Good."
