Eccentric yahoo guy who gets so excited when his webcam comes on that he starts eating his hands and trying to fit them both in his mouth. When hands get boring 'Hand Man' usualy moves onto objects such as lego or pho noodles packets.
It is comon for 'Hand Man' to wear a WW2 German Helmet whilst eating hands/lego to increase the effect of doing so.

Right Hand Man 

The best character in The Henry Stickmin Collection, He is Reginald Copperbottoms right hand. Nobody knows his true name. He is a very loyal and strict person, who can think quickly and really put up a fight. He is the strongest, bravest and 2nd most important character in the Toppat Clan. In most Completing the Mission routes, he is reborn with a cybernetic eye with a laser that melts anything it touches, 2 metal legs that can turn into a thruster, and a strong, metal arm that can turn into a giant blade. Right hand man, also known as simply RHM, is simply awesome.

1. In a wedding party, the next ranking groomsman after the best man. Often the X-factor at the bachelor party, and wedding reception responsible for turning things up a notch.

2. On a gang or team, the third ranking member. Often a wild card or tough guy.

I want to be a partner with you. Before medical science discovered how the circulatory system functioned, people believed that a vein ran directly from the fourth finger on the left hand to the heart. Because of the hand-heart connection, they chose the descriptive name vena amoris, Latin for the vein of love (get your mind out of the gutter, I am saying LOVE), for this particular vein. That is why the fourth finger of the left hand is the ring finger, indicating commitment. In Jance's song I believe he is talking about wanting to marry someone.
