When the groom, best man, and groomsmen are deciding what to do for the grooms bachelor party, the groom has the final say, regardless of the objections raised by other members of the party, making it a grmocracy.

Groomsman 1 : "Lets go on a 4 hour guided fishing trip instead of the 6 hour one like the groom suggested."
Groomsman 2: "I second this motion"
Groom: "I want the 6 hour one"
Groomsman 1+2: "Ok we'll do what you want because this trip is for you and this is a grmocracy and I'm not even upset about it. I'm just happy to be here with my friend"

Gynocracy

A government of the women, run by the men, and for the women. This is an autocratic regime that works by strategically pussy-whipping, punani slapping all men into willfull submission. The prime goal of this government is to establish the domestication of men, often starting from dating and finally ending in marriage(final goal).

Chilling reports from the associated press today indicated that a coup was carried out by secretary of state Hillary Clinton, and a gynocratic regime has been established as a result. All resisting men are so far undergoing domestication as a gynocracy is established. No reports of violence have been sited.

A form of government in which the elected officials are at or have far exceeded geriatric status. Both physically and with their schools of thought, sensibilities, and are overall completely out of touch with the current times and matters they discuss or debate and make critical decisions about.
