gheeaboo

Somebody who fetishizes Indian culture. Similar to weaboo and teaboo. They say "namaste" for no reason, think that everything that Indians do is somehow mystical and magical, and try and link it back to Vedic philosophy and rituals. Indians they encounter are observed like museum exhibits. Oh and they'll probably imitate Carnatic verbal rhythm and talk about how complex it is or something.

Often have a very poor understanding of contemporary Indian politics and life in general, and have probably never visited.
