Gresham 

A crackhead robbed a strip club.

You couldn't afford a $2,300/month place in Beaverton so you got the $950/month place in Gresham Oregon. On your first day there a crackhead shoots and kills a bouncer at the strip club across the street. You head to work on a 2 hour bus ride into town where a nutcase screams about his political beliefs the whole time. When you get back, there's a dead body of a naked crackhead in the street, thrown from the windshield of a cellphone related crash in front of your apartment. Then some kids shoot each other some more just because.

A funeral home in Syria is a nicer place and far cheaper.

"I found an affordable place in Gresham! After the costs of the flame thrower fuel I'll need to walk down the street I still ave $0.50.year!"

Gresham 

A place where people move to to find some sort of comfort.
It's decent when it comes to social scenes, but it lacks of things to do. Usually fast food places are the only source of entertainment.. Besides the good friends you'll find around here. When you live in gresham, you learn gresham.
There's Mt. Hood Community College for all the people that want to get somewhere but don't want to try hard doing it. Which i find completely acceptable. There's plenty of stores and you can find a 711 on every block. Greshams the way to go when you don't know where to go.

-Hey man, whats going on tonight?
-I dunno bro, lets head to gresham.
