The german hold is exicuted by simultaniously pulling someone's ear with the thumb and forefinger while simultanoiusly driving another digit into the space were someones ear and jaw meet. It is known for causing extream pain in those who incorrectly try to excape, forcing them to move with the person exicuting the hold.
