This is a code word for a vape. It’s pronounced grass (northern English or American accent) and then city. Usually used by British secondary school girls to avoid being ‘caught lacking’ by teachers or parents. Widely knows across small friendship groups of girls who are cool enough to have started vaping whilst in their adolescence. Can be shortened to the nickname ‘grass’.
